Sale document of Rukhsarah Khanum and others, 1913
Haji Mas‘ud Fakhr al-Fuzala, in partnership with the inheritors of Haji Mirza Mahmud Aqa (Aqa Mirza Husayn Aqa represented by Haji Fakhr al-Fuzala, Hasan Aqa, and Rukhsarah Khanum), have settled parts of the village of Miyab in Marand to Haji Baba the merchant of Ganjah (the son of Haji Muhammad the merchant of Ganjah) represented by Aqa Hasan the merchant of Ganjah for seven thousand and two hundred tumans.

Settlement of maternal inheritance, 1927
Aqa Zaynal, son of the late Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, settles his inheritance from his mother, excluding her belongings in Istanbul, but including cash, houses, clothing, jewelry, land, interest from assets, et cetera to his brother, Haji Javad Aqa the merchant, in exchange for one thousand and six hundred tumans. His mother's belongings in Istanbul will be divided among other inheritors. Haji Javad Aqa has taken on all his mother's debts.

Determining the shares of Muhammad'uf brothers and their nephew
In three copies: four Muhammad'uf brothers, Haj Baba, the late Haj ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the late Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, and the late Aqa Mashhadi Najaf, jointly owned the real estate business covering properties in Azarbayjan and Islambul [Istanbul]. Settlement of Karbalayi Husayn and Zahra Khanum, 1897
Karbalayi Husayn, the son of ‘Abd Allah, has sold one year's use of the water from parts of a qanat in the village of Milan to Zahra Khanum in exchange for three tumans and the settlement fee of seven thousand and two hundred dinars (1897); this contract has been renewed twice, for a one-year period each time, in 1898 and 1900, with a settlement fee of four tumans.

Regarding the inheritance of Hasan Aqa's mother, 1918
Haji Baba of Ganjah has settled the inheritance from his deceased sister with Aqa Hasan Aqa of Ganjah [his nephew]. Then, Aqa Hasan Aqa has stated that this share will, in addition to his own inheritance from his mother, be counted as one share from the five that were, according to the document dated March 6, 1918, divided between him, Haji Baba Aqa, and the inheritors of Haj ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, ‘Ali Asghar Aqa, and Mashhadi Najaf Aqa.

Power of attorney and sale document of Aqa Baygum Khanum, 1914
On February 25, 1914, Aqa Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Haji Riza Quli Bayg and the wife of Ahmad Khan Sultan [from] Bakhshayish, gave power of attorney to Haji Mirza ‘Ali Asghar Aqa, the son of Haji ‘Ali Akbar [from] Bakhshayish, for selling of some properties at the village of Turkampur in the district of Mihran Rud; on April 13, 1914, Haji ‘Ali Asghar sold this property to Aqa Hasan Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for six hundred and twenty nine tumans.

Tabriz municipal office sells two city properties, on either sides of Pustkhanah [post office] street, to Aqa Haji Javad Aqa from Ganjah, Khadijah Khanum, and Zahra Khanum (the children of the late Haji ‘Ali Akbar from Ganjah) and Aqa ‘Aliriza, Yunis Aqa, Kazim Aqa, Tawfiq Aqa, Tal‘at Khanum, Asiyah Khanum, Malihah Khanum (the children of the late Aqa Riza Ganjah) in exchange for five thousand tumans.
